Morten Qvenild releases Lokalt Piano

Morten Qvenild’s new solo album Lokalt Piano is out now. Created, inspired by and recorded in Qvenild’s home and local surroundings on Nesodden, the album sees him continuing his exploratory approach to the piano through acoustic sounds, electronics, original compositions and personal interpretations of other artists’ music.

Lokalt Piano is Qvenild’s second solo album, following the Spellemann-nominated Personal Piano.

The album features photography by artist Jon Benjamin Tallerås, design by Petri Henriksson, and a poem for Nesodden by author Lars Mørch Finborud, included in the vinyl edition.

Lokalt Piano is available digitally and on vinyl now.
